Everyday Eye Makeup

When it comes to makeup, I like to play around with different colors according to my outfit but in this post I am going to show you my everyday eye makeup routine that I can wear with any look.

Disclaimer: Sorry that my camera wouldn't focus on all the products/brushes but I have gone ahead and linked them down below in the order that I use them.

Also just to note, before I started filming this video, you can see that I have already put on the base layer of that first Taupe color I show in the Morphe 350 Palette- also linked below.

So to begin, I always use my trusty blending eyeshadow brush to start with my base layer and apply all over my eyelid.

Linked in the above photo is the Morphe 350 Palette that I use more than any other eyeshadow palette as it has the best hues for my skin tone and eye color.

As you can see, I have labeled the eyeshadows that I use in the video in the order that they go.

After the first step of applying the base layer, I spray my Mac Fix + onto my flat brush to get the most out of the "Inner Corner" shadow for a more highlighted look.

Then onto the next step, I take my shader brush to the dark brown shadow from the Morphe 350 Palette to apply only onto the "Outside Edge" of my eye. (In the video I also added a dark drown/black onto the very edge of my eye for more of a contrast but that can be optional).

Once I get the desired shading of all the hues together, I take my eyeliner brush and spray the Fix + onto it to apply the top eyeliner portion.

Unfortunately the palette of all the purples I show in this video are discontinued but I have linked below a very close option for you to use for both the eyeliner and the under eye shadow!

The last step for the eyeshadow portion that I NEVER forget is to blend just a dab of shadow under my eye for a complete look with this pointed brush.

Make sure though that you don't apply too much as it could easily turn into a smoky eye which is not what you would want for an everyday look.

Finish this everyday eye makeup off with some mascara and some chapstick and you will be good to go!

XOXO,

Amber Nicole
