Morning Wake Up Call

If you are anything like me, then you probably know the amount of pure effort/motivation it takes to actually wake up in the morning.
I have always been a Night Owl with all my creative thoughts keeping me up, but just recently I had found a routine that helps a TON in the morning!
Every morning to help waken me up, I like to start out by washing my face with this Cleanser to then apply my moisturizer right after.
This also helps me feel fresh and ready to put on my makeup for the day.
Because I don't like to eat a lot when I wake up, Arbonne has helped me find a way to make shakes in the morning that don't give me a stomach ache and are easy to make!
To help save time and any bit of extra effort, I like to set out the ingredients the night before to make my protein shake which consists of:
+Arbonne Chocolate Protein Powder
+Arbonne Digestion Plus
+Handful of Spinach
+Handful of frozen Blueberries
+1 Cup of Water or Oat Milk
For this next step, I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH how much this portion has helped me feeling energized in the morning.
After I finish my protein shake, I make myself a cup of Arbonne's Detox Tea and add Arbonne's Fizz Stick to it, which has been an absolute game changer!!
If you aren't familiar to what Fizz Sticks are- they enhance cognitive performance, help promote endurance, enhance motor performance, and help reduce fatigue.
Nine times out of ten my stomach can't handle the acidity in coffee in the morning and sometimes it can even make me feel more jittery rather than having a clear mind, but thankfully these fizz sticks give me the energy I need with also helping my brain feel wired without the "Tigger" effect.
But just to clarify- that's not to say that I can't have my coffee in the afternoon ;)
Lastly, to keep my mind focused and stay positive, I always read a page from the Jesus Calling book to help stay motivated throughout the day!
